As Secretary of the Bongo Srijan Sanskriti Foundation (BSSF), she promotes Bengal's cultural heritage through education, arts, women’s leadership, youth development, and community initiatives. A gold medalist in Visual Arts and Academic Consultant, she specializes in curriculum development, teacher training, creative learning, career guidance, and art-based wellness. Guided by the vision, "From Bengal's Soul, Future Takes Flight," she uses art and culture to inspire education, leadership, healing, and positive social change.

Mousumi Laskar is an educationist, entrepreneur, and creative enthusiast who transitioned from the banking sector to early childhood education. In 2009, she founded Kidzee Kamalgazi, dedicating herself to nurturing young minds through quality education and holistic learning. Passionate about art and music, she believes they are essential to children's emotional and creative growth. As Joint Secretary of the Bongo Srijan Sanskriti Foundation (BSSF), she supports educational initiatives, cultural programs, and community outreach, inspiring creativity, values, and lifelong learning among children and families.

Madhumita Pal, an MBA and B.Com graduate, is an education consultant, school administrator, and entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience. She has worked with leading institutions, guided the development of more than 25 schools, and is the Founder & Director of Aksharise Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Currently leading the Don Bosco, Kharagpur school development program, she specializes in academic excellence, leadership, branding, and institutional growth. As Treasurer of the Bongo Srijan Sanskriti Foundation (BSSF), she supports strategic planning, financial governance, and initiatives promoting education, culture, women’s empowerment, youth leadership, and community development.
